Costas has extensive corporate finance experience, having advised on large Private Equity and corporate transactions internationally. As a manager with Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Advisory team and as a senior manager with Eight Advisory LLP in London, and previously with Grant Thornton in Cyprus, he has advised on M&A transactions, project finance and restructuring engagements for international corporate and private equity clients, with a focus on the energy, infrastructure, financial services and technology sectors. Costas holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering and an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technologies from the University of Southampton. He is a CFA Charterholder, and holder of the CySEC Advanced certification.

Efi is a Chartered Certified Accountant and experienced fractional CFO with a strong track record in financial and operational consulting across sectors including FMCG, hospitality, manufacturing, agriculture, and real estate. With a background in corporate recovery and business advisory in Cyprus and Ireland, Efi has developed deep expertise in managing complex financial operations and guiding businesses through restructuring and transformation initiatives. As an FP&A Manager at one of Cyprus’s leading conglomerates and through advisory roles in Ireland, Efi has led cross-border teams on strategic consultancy projects, delivering insights that enhance financial planning and facilitate decision-making. Her work focuses on translating complex financial data into actionable strategies aligned with long-term business objectives. Efi holds an Accounting & Finance degree from the University of Central Lancashire and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Michael brings over 10 years of experience in corporate finance services having worked in senior managerial roles at leading professional services firms, namely PwC and EY in the UK, Greece and Cyprus. He has a proven track record in providing expert business valuation services to some of the largest global energy and infrastructure funds, as well as to leading local players across a wide range of industries. Moreover, Michael has led capital raising and financial restructuring projects with significant impact on both key industry players and local economies.
